Cold-Sprayed Materials Performance

TTEC has been collaborating with Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) through a CRADA to develop Additive Manufactured TEG Technology. LLNL thought a TCF Grant from DOE is currently characterizing cold-sprayed and composite thermoelectric materials fabricated by TTEC using TTEC developed equipment, unique material formulations and processes.

Semiconductor materials are deposited at virtually 100% density. Several N- and P-type bismuth telluride formulations, and P-type Tetrahedrite thermoelectric semiconductor materials have been demonstrated and our patented and patent-pending technology is applicable to a much wider range of energy harvesting and sensor applications.
